When you think of cabinet pulls, you probably often think of the cabinets in the kitchen. And of course, those are the ones we tend to replace the most because of their constant use. But, that beautiful china cabinet sitting in the dining room could probably use a new set as well. You haven’t given it much thought because it may be an antique or a piece given to you by grandma, but changing the pulls can be good for the cabinet. And you can still find ones that match, so no one but you will ever notice a difference.
Cabinet pulls to match should be sought in bronze or brass. Glass cabinet pulls can work too, if you have particularly ornate glass doors that hold your fine china inside. Make sure you get pulls that properly fit and are in a similar style to the old, so you don’t have to drill any new holes or do any further changing to the piece. Once you swap them out, you’ll be amazed how your china cabinet will look almost like a totally different piece of furniture. After all the wear and tear, it could probably use that sprucing up.
