Update Your Kitchen with New Cabinet Door Hardware
My family has known our handyman, Demetrius, for nearly a decade now. He is a member of the family, perhaps even a preferred one. Demetrius’ most wonderful trait is his ability to fix literally anything. Some much depended upon household machinery would be broken, and he would walk in, and I swear I used to envision this golden glow about him as he walked through the front door. 
My hero worship may not burn as brightly, but we all still heave a sigh of relief when we know he is on his way. Demetrius is currently redoing our kitchen for us. Remodeling the kitchen is an aggravating progress, simply because it hampers my ability to raid the cupboards. Surprisingly, the hardest decision we had to make was regarding the cabinet door hardware. Our kitchen is a conglomeration of old and new, so we did not want anything that looked too retro or modern.
We knew exactly what tiles we wanted for the floor and what paint color we wanted for the walls, but we did not know whether we should swap out our cabinets or just change the hardware. Demetrius, of course, found great brass kitchen cabinet knobs, so we decided to just update our cabinets with the new knobs and a fresh coat of paint. I am perfectly content with this decision; it means less time apart and few obstacles between the cabinets’ contents and me.
