Spruce Up Your Walls With New Switch Plates
When my parents finally took down their 70s wallpaper and repainted nearly every room in their house, my siblings and I couldn’t have been more thrilled. We walked in for our usual Sunday dinner, and it looked like a whole new place. Well, almost. Some people say I’m a bit of a perfectionist, others say I have OCD, but I like to think that I just notice the details a bit more than the average person.
Well, when I saw the new paint job in my parents house, I was impressed, but my eyes were automatically drawn to the dirty, cream colored switch plates that covered the light switches. My dad totally didn’t realize how they really looked out of place with the new, modern paint scheme. They were all smudged with fingerprints and were that industrial, cream color that comes standard with many switch plates. So I brought my parents into their study, and showed them my favorite site, Knobbery.com, and their great selection of switch plates.
They has no idea there were so many decorative options for switch plates, or what a dramatic difference some new stylish switch plates can make. So they ended up choosing a new lot of switch plates and now, the house is complete.
